2. The Personal Information we collect

When you register for the FreebieUK newsletter you must provide us with an email address so that you can receive our newsletter. Visitors do not have to register to receive our newsletter in order to use website.

The information collected by FreebieUK will be used to communicate offers to visitors who have registered to receive our newsletter. These emails are normally sent weekly, however we may occasionally send a special edition of the newsletter if there is information available either of a time sensitive nature or information that cannot be incorporated within our normal newsletter.

Your privacy is important to us. All emails directly from us to you will include clear instructions on how to unsubscribe. Plus, if you don't want to be contacted by us any more you can email datacontroller@freebieuk.com and request the removal of your data.

FreebieUK maintains the accuracy of our information by removing non functioning email addresses. Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we will only hold your personal information on our systems for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or until you request it is deleted. If, having registered for any of our services, you do not use them for a reasonable time (which may vary depending on the service(s) you've registered for) we may contact you to ensure you're still happy to receive communications from us. Even if we delete your personal information it may persist on a backup file or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.
